Now Hiring Full Time Operations Clerk

We are a Residential and Commercial Plumbing company servicing the Chicago South Suburbs for over 20 years. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, candidate willing to multi-task: handle incoming calls, emails, dispatch and schedule technician’s calls, process paperwork, fax, enter invoices, order plumbing supplies, and do the billing.

• Candidate must be punctual to arrive at 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday.
• Communicate Professionally and Respectfully with Customers
• Support Daily Operations of Field Technicians
• Compile Customer's Account Information
• Able to Juggle Multiple Projects
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong Verbal and Written Communications

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience:

• Dispatching Experience: 2 years

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
